Welcome!
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I bring over 13 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. I am committed to ongoing education and evidence-based practice to ensure ethical, thoughtful, and effective care for those I serve.
I specialize in working with children and teenagers, with a focus on parent-child conflict, high-conflict divorce, reunification, and blended family dynamics. I also support children and adolescents who have experienced severe trauma and grief, providing a safe, trauma-informed space to process loss, build resilience, and restore emotional stability.
Additionally, I work with adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, and significant emotional dysregulation, helping them develop insight, coping skills, and self-regulation in a developmentally appropriate manner. I also provide specialized support to mothers experiencing postpartum depression during a vulnerable and transitional period.
My therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, and family systems, allowing treatment to be individualized to meet each client and family’s unique needs.
If you are seeking experienced, compassionate support for yourself or your family, I invite you to reach out to schedule an appointment.
My Approach
Therapy should be a space for those to feel supported, safe, and secure. My therapeutic interventions include cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma informed therapy, and play therapy.
At Glowing Pathways Counseling, I provide a safe and supportive space for individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community. I am dedicated to understanding the unique challenges and experiences faced by LGBTQIA+ individuals and tailoring my therapy approach to meet their specific needs. I am committed to fostering a nonjudgmental and inclusive environment where all clients feel heard, validated, and supported on their journey towards mental health and well-being.
